How to book an appointment

You can book an appointment in 1 of the 3 following ways:

3. Visit the visa application centre to make your appointment. Please see the Contact Us page on this website for the address and a location map.

If you are part of a family or group, each member of the family or group must make an individual appointment. For example, if you are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children, you must make 4 individual appointments.

For groups more than 10 applications:
Before 1200 hours: Representatives can walk-in to the AVAC in Shanghai or Beijing or Guangzhou anytime between 0730 and 1200
hours for the submissions.
After 1200 hours: A prior appointment needs to be made at AVAC. Please use the contacts details below to book an
appointment for the submissions.
